My Account (Dashboard)

The My Account page is the central place to view and update your personal profile and account settings. Use the tabs to update names, contact methods, address, security settings, two factor authentication, time zone, payment card details and to review invitations and recent activity.

What you can do on this page

  • 1. View and edit personal information (first name, last name, gender, date of birth).
  • 2. Change your email and mobile number (changing email will sign you out until verified).
  • 3. Update your address and country settings.
  • 4. Change your password and review password policy requirements.
  • 5. Enable or disable Two Factor Authentication (2FA).
  • 6. Set your preferred time zone.
  • 7. Add, replace or remove payment cards; saved cards are shown with last4 details.
  • 8. Accept or review invitations and view a short activity log of critical events.

Page layout

The page uses a tabbed layout for quick navigation:

  • Personal Info — name and profile image upload.
  • Contact Info — email and mobile; includes an important notice when changing email.
  • Address — postal and residential address fields, country selector.
  • Security — change password with visible password policy guidance.
  • Two Factor Authentication — toggle and instructions for 2FA.
  • Time Zone — view and update your account time zone.
  • Payment Card — view saved card, remove saved card, or add a new card using secure provider integration.
  • Invitations — list of received invitations with accept links and status.
  • Activity Log — recent critical activity (last 3 months).

Personal Info and Profile Image

  • 1. Click Edit to enable text fields and the Upload flow for a new profile image.
  • 2. Use the Change button to pick an image, then Upload to save.
  • 3. Profile image links open the full image in a new tab.

Contact Info (Email & Mobile)

When you change your email the system will sign you out until the new email is verified. Make sure you have access to the new email before saving changes.

  • 1. Click Edit to update email or mobile number.
  • 2. On saving an email change, you will receive a verification message and will be required to confirm it before logging in again.

Address

  • 1. Update address lines, city, postcode and country using the selector.
  • 2. Save to store the changes to your account profile.

Security and Password Policy

The Security tab allows you to change your password. Follow the on page policy guidance to choose a strong password.

  • Minimum length of 8 characters.
  • Include uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and at least one special character.
  • Do not use your name or email and avoid commonly used passwords.

Two Factor Authentication (2FA)

2FA provides an extra layer of protection. Enabling 2FA will require a second verification step at sign in. We strongly recommend keeping 2FA enabled for account security.

Time Zone

  • 1. Select your preferred time zone so event times display in your local context.
  • 2. Click Update to save the selection.

Payment Card

Payment card management uses a secure provider integration for card entry and saving. No raw card numbers are stored on the application server.

  • 1. The Current Saved Card area shows a summary (last 4 digits).
  • 2. Use Remove Saved Card to delete the stored payment method; this triggers a confirmation dialog.
  • 3. Add a new card by entering card number, expiry and CVC in the secure card entry fields and clicking Save Card.
  • 4. While saving a card a processing indicator appears and the Save button is disabled to prevent duplicate submissions.

Invitations

  • 1. View pending and past invitations, with the ability to accept via the provided link.
  • 2. Grid supports paging and sorting for easier review.

Activity Log

Shows critical account events from the last three months. Use this to detect unexpected or suspicious activity.

Notifications and UI Feedback

  • 1. Success messages appear as inline labels or toast notifications.
  • 2. Errors are displayed in the standard ErrorPanel at the top of the page.
  • 3. A full page loading overlay is shown during longer operations to prevent duplicate actions.
  • 4. Confirmation dialogs are used for destructive actions like removing a saved card.

Troubleshooting

  • 1. If an email change signs you out and you do not receive a verification message, check spam or request a resend.
  • 2. If card saving fails, review the error in the ErrorPanel and check that the card details are valid and not blocked by the card issuer.
  • 3. If 2FA codes are not received, confirm your authenticator app or SMS phone number is correct and has network access.
  • 4. If the page does not load fully, try a hard refresh or contact support with the activity log entries.

Tips

  • Keep your recovery email and mobile up to date.
  • Use a strong unique password and enable 2FA for better protection.
  • When updating email, ensure you have immediate access to the new address before saving.
