Confirm Email / Email Verification

This page completes the email verification process for your account. Enter the verification code sent to the email address displayed, then click Activate to confirm the address. You can also resend the code or sign out and return later.

What you can do on this page

  • 1. View the email address that requires verification.
  • 2. Enter the Verification Code you received by email and click Activate.
  • 3. Click Resend Code to request a new verification email.
  • 4. Click Sign Out to leave the flow and return later (you will need the code to verify).

Panels and feedback

  • Error Panel — shows problems such as invalid or expired codes and guidance on next steps.
  • Success Panel — confirms successful verification and provides a Sign In button so you can proceed.
  • Toast / Inline messages — may be used for short success/error feedback from background actions like resending codes.

Verification flow

  1. Open the email sent to the address shown on this page and copy the verification code.
  2. Paste or type the code into the Verification Code field (max length shown on the page).
  3. Click Activate. On success you will see a confirmation and can sign in.
  4. If the code is invalid or expired, use Resend Code to get a new code and try again.

Resend code

Use Resend Code if you did not receive the email or the code has expired. Depending on email delivery and provider throttling, the new code may take a short time to arrive.

Sign out

If you prefer to verify later or are on a public/shared device, click Sign Out. You will need to sign in again and re-initiate verification if required.

Security & best practices

  • 1. Do not share verification codes — treat them like passwords.
  • 2. If you did not request the code, do not use it; report unexpected verification emails to support.
  • 3. Use a secure, private email account when verifying access to prevent account takeover.

Troubleshooting

  • 1. If you don't receive the code, check spam/junk folders and ensure the email address shown is correct.
  • 2. If the code is reported invalid, request a new code and ensure you are entering the latest one sent.
  • 3. If resend fails repeatedly, try waiting a few minutes (rate limits may apply) or contact support with the email and any error text shown.
  • 4. If the success panel appears but you can't sign in, clear your browser cache or try signing in from the sign-in page directly.

Notes

  • Verification tokens typically expire after a short time for security. Resend if expired.
  • Successful verification finalizes the email on your account and may enable features that require a confirmed address.
