Signup / New Account

This page lets you create a new account. Provide your name, email and a strong password that meets the on-page policy, complete the user validation (reCAPTCHA), then submit the form. After registration you will receive an activation code by email which you must enter to verify and activate your account.

What you can do on this page

• 1. Enter first name and last name for your profile.
• 2. Provide an email address that will be used for account verification and notifications.
• 3. Choose a password that satisfies the password policy.
• 4. Complete the User Validation reCAPTCHA to confirm you are not a bot.
• 5. Submit the registration and follow the activation instructions sent to your email.

Password policy

Follow the on-page policy when creating your password. Typical requirements include length, mixed case, numbers and special characters.

Registration & activation flow

1. Complete the registration form: first name, last name, email, password and confirm the password.
2. Complete the reCAPTCHA widget to prove you are human.
3. Click Register. The server validates the inputs and submits the registration.
4. If registration succeeds, an activation panel is shown and a code is sent to the provided email address.
5. Enter the activation code in the displayed field and click Activate to verify the email and enable your account.

Activation code and resend

• 1. The activation code is delivered by email; check inbox and spam/junk folders.
• 2. Use Resend Code only if the original code does not arrive or expires; a timer may limit how often you can request a new code.
• 3. Do not refresh the page or use the browser back button while completing activation — it may interrupt the flow.

reCAPTCHA and bot protection

The reCAPTCHA widget is required to reduce automated signups. If the widget fails to load, try disabling browser extensions that block third-party scripts or use another browser.

UI feedback and controls

• Error panel — displays validation errors such as invalid email, password mismatches or captcha failure.
• Success panel — confirms account creation and shows the activation input area.
• Sign In — quick link to the sign-in page if you already have an account.

Troubleshooting

• 1. If you do not receive an activation code, check your spam/junk folder and verify the email address you entered.
• 2. If the registration reports a captcha error, reload the page and complete the reCAPTCHA again.
• 3. If the activation code is rejected, request a new code and ensure you use the latest one.
• 4. If you experience persistent failures, contact support and provide the email and timestamps shown when you attempted registration.

Security best practices

• Choose a unique password and avoid reusing passwords from other sites.
• Do not share your activation code or password with anyone.
• Consider enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) after signing in for added protection.
